As a qualified coach with over 500 hours experience helping people through all sorts of challenges in their life, I specialise in focusing on you as a whole person and helping you see who you really are without all the extra baggage of expectations. I will work with you to understand yourself better and give you the time and space to help you start living a more authentic life.

I have facilitated over 100 workshops and over 10 leadership programmes. I support personal and professional development, particularly in the areas of coaching and leadership. My style is facilitative - I create a safe space and the right activities and prompts to encourage group learning and self-reflection. I offer one-off workshops, longer term programmes, and action learning sets (group coaching).
